Responsibility :

• Exp in leading Underwriting business process for P&C Insurance
• Exp in Web service or API integration is a good to have skill
• Expertise across underwriting business process including submission, verification, qualification, quotes/illustrations, medical underwriting, requirements fulfillment, underwriting decisioning and third-party integrations.
• Hands on experience in Business Analysis, Business Process Mapping, Requirement Gathering, Gap Analysis, Preparing BRD's, product manuals, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, reviewing test cases, functional/user acceptance testing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Should have good working experience on Agile/Scrum and understanding of the SDLC processes.
• Manage and contribute towards project delivery and solution design.
• Analyze new requirements and provide effort estimation.
• Prepare, publish, agree, and monitor the project activity and schedule. Perform change impact assessment, stakeholders' management.
• Participate and contribute to internal knowledge sharing sessions and independently contribute to knowledge repository
